What We Do
As an exercise physiologist, as well as a trainer, I take a somewhat non-traditional, creative approach to physical activity.
Key to success at my job is to teach each client how to constantly improve, learn and grow, so they understand not only what they’re doing, but also why they’re doing it.
Proper nutrition and food choices are critical parts of anyone’s overall health and fitness – in fact, probably THE most important parts. Whether you’re a person who pays attention to the foods you consume or not, below are my four comprehensive nutritional guidelines that will serve in maintaining and maximizing your best food choices related to health, helping to make your diet sustainable for years.
Of what I consider the key elements of a healthy, sustainable, physically active lifestyle, building a foundation is undoubtedly number one. The many benefits of building (and maintaining) a solid base include:
